Meth

Meth is the second drug available to the player. It is produced from Liquid Meth in a Lab Oven. Meth is unlocked once the supplier Shirley Watts is available, starting at Enforcer I. Like the other drugs, it can be mixed in a Mixing Station to produce new types.
