The Handler is an employee that can be hired to work in a property. The handler can work in up to three Packaging Stations and have up to five routes to move items.

The handler must be assigned at least one station or route to begin working. Routes are assigned by clicking "Add New" in the clipboard. Then, a source and destination must be selected.
